Hi, I have a single 200hp yam 4stroke I just want to check my outboard motor height is correct, could anyone with a sucsessful fit up please tell me ( when prop shaft is parallel with bottom of hull) is your vent plate the same level, higher or lower and by how much.
Mine at the moment is 25mm higher but visualy at full noise, is underwater, I have a 4 blade prop and if i dont have it trimmed right down it starts to cavitate, not badly but enough to cause concern.
