Hi fella's how heavy should a 560 sharkcat on a tandam trailer with twin say 90 2 strokes be as the boat iv'e got has only brakes on the leading axle.

I thougth some thing like that would be over 2 ton ???

I dont know how heavy the Cat is but a dual axle trailer is allowed 1999kg (1.9 tonne), it only needs brakes on the lead axle to be legal. If you have breakaway brakes fitted you are allowed up to 3 tonne if I remember correctly. I would say loaded with fuel ect. you would be close to 2 tonne.

My 560 cat with 90 4s with full fuel weighs in at 2150kg, I suspect you will be just over the 2000kg mark.
