G-day all,
Weather was not lookin to flash this mornin but we decided the fish were already wet so we may as well join em. Rained twice for about a 20 seconds each time. The wind stayed away and it was a great morning on the water. And the sootys were out to play this morning along with a few barra. We caught 3 barra from 740 to 550 and 8 sootys in the 400's. I was very impresed with the quality of the sootys with no small fish caught as I dont usually catch many sootys in Teemburra.
Little Lucifers were flavour of the day for the sootys, while a B52 a Barra Classic as well as a Predatek Spoonbill were the undoing of the barra. Also nailed a sooty on a rooster popper just on daylight.
Hope you had a great day some where out on the water.
