Appreciate some help, I will be heading to Earlando, just out from Proserpine for some serious fishing. Could anyone let me know of some recommended spots or maybe even some GPS marks that they know of.Any info would be greatly appreciated, Thankyou.

Hunter,
See if you can get hold of a copy of "North Australian Fish Finder".
This book has basic info on heaps of areas from WA right through to central Qld, and includes boat ramps and some GPS marks.
It won't give you all you'll need but is a good starting point for new areas.

Cheers.

try the N.E. point of armit
east side of gumbel
the S.W. point of armit
the best way is to drive close my the islands and look on the sounder as you can not miss the bombies they are very easy to see, alot of the time you dont need to use the sounder just look down if the water is clean. there is a rock S.E. of armit the western side can fish well. It is a great spot if you dont catch a fish than sell your boat and gear you need to find a new sport ;D ;D ;D
