my mate stewy and l fished the nerang today and the fish were on the chew we caught several big bream and a nice G T . one last cast before we headed for home had us connected to a good fish that took half my 2kg line before stopping . We called it for a big G .T but we were suprised when the fish surfaced it wasnt as big as expected at around 1.5 kg but diamond travelly real pull hard and they must be the best looking of all the travelly

thats a great catch mate, its great to see that those exotic northern species still make occasional visits down here. beautiful fish, what sp's were u getting em on?

with a head like mine you wouldnt want the picture to clear , the fish fell to an atomic fat grub brown speckles ,
