Queensland Groper

Groper caught at mouth of Doyle's Creek in the Daintree River. It took a small mullet fillet on a hand line at night.

Estimated around 45kg - (released after photo)

not really holding a fish that size suspended from the jaw would almost certainly have caused it servere damage...good odds its dead now anyway
