Start picking up chat lingo the more I visit the site, but keep seeing abreviations I have no idea what it means. Can someone please explain.

LOL = Lots of Luck (or os that lots of laughs)
IMHO = In my humble opinion

Well not realy, It stands for
Personal Computer Memory Card International Association

But the first one fitted the subject title.


Just do a search for Internet Acronyms, plenty of sites out there.

Yeah, you're right. You can just about make 'em up yourself. The knack on newsgroups is that when someone is getting on your wick, you reply with an abbreviation that has *two* meanings......a dig and a nice one. If they figure out the dig and come at you, then you can act all innocent like and tell 'em the nice meaning of the abbreviation. Throws 'em right off their stroke :-)
