Connection Refused

Been getting alot of the attached messages lately, any ideas to why? Not sure if the picture will work, but it says:

Connection was refused when attempting to contact www.ausfish.com.au

PS Can anyone tell me how to crop pictures when trying to do this sort of thing. I hit CTRL and Print Scrn keys and then paste that into Paint. I then cut out the piece I want and copy it into a new Paint sheet. But I don't know how to get rid of the rest of the page when saving it.

Corry - You are doin the right thing by pasting it into paint. Make sure the pasted picture itself is not highlighted by selecting a tool of the toolbar like Text. You then just need to scroll down to the bottom right corner and then resize the image.

I also get this message regularly.
