site glitch

I dont know if it happens to you but i pushed the scroll wheel down and moved it to the right and everything kept moving and all i saw was light blue and that menu ^above^.

it happens on quite a few sites that have the following quallities:
-Menues that move w/ screen
-Things that follow the mouse pointer
-varius other things.

Mate it sounds to me that you are pushing the the Wheel / Button in the centre of your mouse. This is a feature on some that locks the mouse for easy scrolling next time it happens just push down on this button and see if that stops it.
