All:

Wondering if there is any recommendations for people installing anchor winches?

The installation would be onto a shark cat and will require some fibreglass reinforcing and potential modifications as well.

Looking at recommendations for the South East Queensland region.

well...I reckon Lone Star and the SA winch
have a gallery on their websites which shows various boats set up....there is a great deal of difference how some people set them up even on the same type of boat...so it pays to keep looking til you find a way that appeals to you.

Arnolds Fibreglass can definitely do the structural side of things.
