Counter rotating motor on port side(cat)

New motors fitted was quite surprised to see the counter rotating motor being fitted on the port side, I just assumed with no knowledge or reason that they all went on the starboard side and after doing a bit of digging it seems that monos are fitted counter to starboard and cats perform better counter on the port! What setups do most people have on their cats

Tried both ways with a pair of selectable Suzuki's, can't really say there was any noticeable difference.
