Evening all, just lookig for a suggestion or two on where best to anchor up for a overnight in the boat with the young fella in the goldy broadwater/seaway. Within 10 minutes run or so of the seaway if possible, quiter and calmer the better. I was just going to go to north side of wavebreak but i figured there may be better spots that are not so in the middle of it all. Fished the goldy a hundred times but never slept on the boat there!

Scott.

Lots of rocks m8. So either a sliding shank with zip ties or I suppose a reef anchor. Cheers

Which ramp do you normally use? Just anchor in Bums Bay, right at the Seaworld Dve boat ramp. There or right off the Paradise Pt boat ramp. Bigger run back down to the Seaway from Paradise Pt. Probably some 6knot zone in the Coomera River too.

I have anchored up on the northern side of Wavebreak . Sandy bottom there and nice spot. Cheers
