Have been trying to access Engel's web page for the last couple of days with no luck. Have they closed up shop?

Don't use Facebook and didn't even think to check there but Engel have said there website has been down. No closed shop. We've had a good run to Shakey until recently. Cheers

Not sure where you are located, but there is an authorised Engel repairer out Blacktown way in Sydney. 02 9672 1664

I would assume there are similar places in other states.

A mate tells me there is one at a place called Brendale in QLD

Thanks for that Shakey but i was hoping to just flick around there website before taking it to someone. Never heard of a website down for so bloody long before, makes Telstra and Government departments service look impressive. Pretty slack on Engels behalf i reckon!

Please note that the Engel website is currently down and our IT department is working on rectifying the problem.

All i can say is i hope there ..cough..(IT DEPT) didn't have any input with the electrics on the fridges!

12 months in a year, and there website is still a no show!
