Australian design with potentally better technical support.
An Ausfish memeber, Stevemid, has built one of these, good idea to get in touch with him.
This would be a very expensive and time consuming are you sure that you are up to the task?

Thanks Crocodile...the spirit looks good but a bit more complicated than the bateau. I think the bateau is based on a sharkcat style hull.
