hey gang,
my last boat was when i was 19, im 39 now, for wateva reason after hours and days and years on gumtree lol. buying a boat and getting out there which i love, just did not happen all this time.. until today. its a little 3.6 glass boat old model, owned by an old fella so in pretty smick condition for its age, i do have a bigger motor to put on when i get licence etc,,, but hows this i tested the hull for leaks etc with a little, 92 dt5 2 stroke suzuki twin cynlinder, with me 96kg missus 84kg and about 20kg of gear and the hull which i guess is heavier then a 3.6 tinnie,,it nearly planned us.. lol it was close it nearly just got us up,.. well anyways we just went up and down close to shore to test it before i spend money on it etc,,, stopped for a burger for lunch and all went well.... now im dreaming and planning my next run with more hp and hopefully a longer run further up the creek....;D
