Of the seqwater operated dams only Wivenhoe has low emission requirements that I know of..

Lake Wivenhoe and Lenthall's Dam have restrictions. None of the big lakes up north have any.

22 million dollar question.... does anyone know or heard of new laws coming in??? seeing how 2 stroke sales bans are nearly in and the whole environment thing, it seems the next step the lawmakers will enforce..

I very much doubt that retrospective laws will be introduced in the foreseeable future. There are just too many boats around that won't meet the new rules. The only dams that have these restrictions were changed from Electric Only to hi-tech outboard approved. None have gone backwards.
