I had a similar incident after a service. Rang the people who serviced it , they said they pressurised the system and there should not be any leaks.

Finally tracked it down. I wash and spray the engine after using boat. The spray had leaked through pin hole drains at bottom of engine cowl and made its way down the motor and dripped on the concrete floor.

Ive searched above the cowl, IE around the motor and no oil leaks anywhere.

It's pretty common for the drain plug to be cross threaded or stripped when being refitted, does the oil appear to be coming from the plug? It's also common to spill lots of oil when doing an oil change, could it be just taking a while to find its way down? the oil filter is another common leak on those.

Had similar problem once. Was leaking from sump drain plug ( the plug in your above pic ) after a service. Tilted motor took out plug, washer was scored. Filed it clean and retightened and all good.
