Waterproof rectangle hatch internal measure 22cm x 32cm

Hi all,
(first post on here, was a member years ago but just re-joined),

I'm chasing 2 x waterproof hatches to sit on the top of my fibreglass pod/extension. The hole that's been cut is 22cm x 32cm, so these are the internal dimensions of a hatch I'm chasing. The hatch that was fitted has internal markings of 19.5cm x 30cm, and this leaves too much of a gap to get a good seal or make it strong enough for divers to sit on.

The other option I'm looking at is to get a laser cut stainless steel plate cut with correct internal markings, and some overhang, so I can seal and screw this to the fibreglass, then seat the hatch onto this with full seal and strength.

I can't find any hatches online that meet these dimensions.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

It's always hard to find a hatch to fit a hole that someone has cut out previously.
These are the closest hatch sizes that I can see on my price lists that may suit but other companies may have different sizes available too.
The other options if these are no good is maybe cut the hole to suit a larger hatch or look at custom made ones.
