Brisbane river

Hey guys just wondering if it would be safe to take my 12 foot tinnie with a 6hp outboard into the river not sure how rough it is also does anyone know where the boat ramp to get to where the tangalooma cruises take off from is

There is a ramp at pinkenba which will be closer than the fisherman island ramp. It really depends on the weather as to how rough the river is. But down there it is pretty protected so shouldn't be much in the way of chop on a windy day.
