Have a Try Gull boat with an aluminum floor, and space for 3 swivel seat, which are enclosed holes in floor

Normally only use one and when it rains the 2 not being used , fill up with water.

Any suggestions for a simple solution to cover the holes , yet leave the carpet above mostly undisturbed.

Thanks

Measure the holes and order some full depth plastic plugs from someone like this: www.plasticcenter.com.au (http://www.plasticcenter.com.au). That way you're not damaging the structure and if you ever want to hole the mounts again you just have to pull the plugs out.

Depending on the size, lots of manufacturers have plastic plugs to suit all the "standard" ones, failing that, places like Spacepack have just about every plastic plug known.

Noelm just stick a bit of pool noodle in it ,or just use some heavy density foam from the clark shops

Thanks for all the suggestions.
Inspiration came to me last night and a sink plug did the job,
