Probably be around 110-120. So long as they're all within about 10 pound of each other.

If you are trying to find out the compression of a motor use a gauge.
If you are asking what is a reasonable result after having performed a compression test i would think anything no lower than 105 psi without a varience of approx 10% across all 6 cyl's.
Keep in mind those figures are cold crank figures

You will likely find most V6's to be under 100psi but as mentioned consistent readings (within 10%) is the more important factor.

Remember to disconnect your throttle and open it WOT than do the compression test, also all gauges will read differently some lower than others so go by the 10% rule and you'll be ok
