With the changeover of Canopy, Side curtains and Storm cover, current set up uses press studs to hold the storm cover to the canopy AL tube, ditto the 3 top studs on each side curtain.
I intend to drill out the press studs in the AL Canopy frame and initially thought to fill the holes created by the stud rivets with new smaller rivets, But...
Am wondering if the rivets will wear the sunbrella fabric and would it be better to leave the holes in the AL frame. There are around 18 to connecting the storm cover to the canopy and 2 each side for the side curtains.
New Canopy setup will use zips for the side curtains and Storm Cover.
Mainly use the storm cover for security ie overnight at a campsite with a movement detector inside the cabin.
