Hi all, just fired up my 225 Honda for the first time. Motor ran really well with smooth idling and good throttle response but fuel was constantly bubbling out of the vapour separator overflow. Doesn't overflow if I pump the bulb, only whilst running....any ideas?

How do you know its the vapour separator overflow(no such thing by the way)

If it's coming out the vent then the float and valve in the separator tank has stuck in the open position (fuel would continually flow from the hose in any situation)

where are you seeing the fuel leaking from ?

It's coming from the hose that comes off the vapour separator goes up about 250mm and then hooks back down and vents overboard thru the lower cowl

pull the vapour separator apart and see why the float is not shutting off the fuel when its full
