Should be a good chance, the river is clean...just got to beat everyone else :) try inside harbor towards top entrance...maybe 30m off wall..between boats on moorings and wall, start east and drop line west, i have always got a feed from there or back toward bottom entrance just off weed line seems to go ok as well. good luck.
