Marina Berths Available BIRKDALE

Hi all,if anyone is looking for a berth we have 3 14mtr berths available in our 16 berth private marina at Aquatic Paradise Moorings ,Mainsail street Birkdale.Docking bow forward there is one with pontoon to port & two with pontoon to starboard...it's a quite Marina & berths seldom come up(3 boats have been sold recently).Price $420 per month....send a PM if intrested ..

A lot of marinas consist of privately owned berths that are then leased out - just like rental properties. Also like rental properties there are expenses as well.

Mate theres 16 berths attached to houses on dry blocks in the estate...only 4 owners have boats in there the others are rented out...each berth is charged 5k per year into the body corporate so owners without boats just want to re-coop that expense.

Banana has just PM'd me & wants to move to one of the starboard berths to suit his side door....so that means there is another port side one available
