He guys
anyone have any info on borger cats? Especially in the 6 m length twin motor setup.
Whats the ride like ? Build quality? Any info really . They look like a good boat. But look pretty rare and are hard to find details/reviews on them.

I know his brother, who is a teacher. they're an Ingham family I believe and these boats have a reputation for being as tough as old boots. Perhaps the reason you won't find many for sale (i loook for them all the time and rarely see one advertised) is because people hang on to them. Very good reputation.

I own a 5.3 single engine Borger. Awesome boat. Only way you could better it would be make it 6 meters and put twins on it. Very well built.

I own a 5.3m single engine Borger which is for sale presently so hopefully my words here wont be misconstrued as a sales pitch.

Awesome boat, I have never owned a cat previously (been in a few) but much softer riding than a mono & travels thru much shallower water.
Downsides is can be wet in certain side on rear conditions but it is an open boat, big following seas not much fun so need to take these conditions on at 45 deg.
Not a lot made so could be one reason why you don't see too many for sale.
Paul Borger nice bloke and will customise to suit your needs.
