Absolutely. Read the book when I was a youngster (perhaps 10 years of age) and Dad then took me there to learn more first-hand. Eden - southern NSW coast, just over the border from Victoria. There was a museum there with a skeleton of one of the killer whales. An old guy - no, he was an ancient guy, related the story. Sensational. Had such an impact that I later named a boat Myorca after it.

Sure do. Grew up in bombala then moved to pambula beach. Spent a lot of time in eden of the years. Had countless school excursions to the whale museum.
