G-Day

Just got a new honda 225 fitted to my mates 6700 lifestyle boat.
Upgraded from a 135 now it flys.

WOT 72km/hour
4000 rmp 25 kts 25L/hour.
The new nmea 2000 guages are brilliant can have any info you want up.

Glad you're happy with the outcome. Dunno who thought a 135 would cut the mustard originally though??

Where did he get his 225 from?
Not from you gaza by the sounds of it. Could have saved heaps if he just made just one call to you

Is it really doing 25 litres an hour at 25 knots?

If the gauges are accurate it was close to that about 45km/hour 25 lt /hour 4000rpm.
still need to work on trim but that is with only 2 on board and about 330lt but no fishing gear eskys ect and was calm water.
ran up to tangalooma for a test on monday used 25lt to get back to cleveland about 40km but had a bit of a squirt on the way back every now and then.
