Fellas,
I'm looking at repainting the inside of the hull on a 5m AMM centre console. The existing paint on there is in good shape other than a few areas that have been sanded / soda blasted back to bare aluminium to remove corrosion. I also removed the internal storage pockets which left the paintwork in need of repair. My question is this, can i just run over the existing paint with perhaps a 400 grit paper and then put new paint over the lot and if so what paint can i apply at home with a roller that is suitable for this application? Any recommendations would be great plus your experiences as too what works and what doesn't.
As always thanks in advance!
