Has any one ever seen this before? I purchased the boat 12 months ago and it was there when I brought it, ironically there seems to be no corrosion or bubbling paint on the boat....
Joel.

Looks like someone was using the boat for target practice?

I would say the lack of corrosion and bubbling is more likely due to good maintenace. The anode will protect the boat when its in the water, but washing and cleaning is the only way to protect it out of the water.

Joel I would source another and fit now. That one has done its job to the letter. Check the others on your motor and replace as well if they are significantly dissolved.
Your boat will thank you for it. Jim.

That's what I was thinking, just replace it again, can't hurt.

Motor is brand new so all sweet there.
