swap2 x 14" wheels for 2 x 13"

need to swap these 2 almost new(only months) 14" gal. rims for 2
13" rims, same style, gal. or alloy. holden HT/EH pattern
too big for my guards!
wheels are Birkdale Brisbane ph.0403091342
