Just thought I'd put a few pics up of it finally in the water and it all goes good. Still just needs roof and windscreen but hey the rest took five years so whats the rush. Sorry, can't work out how to rotate pics.

How did it go? Did you take it for a shake down run? Looks great

another cat revived to live another day, I am thinking of selling mine in the near future and go for something with a walk around cab for the grandkids, and maybe towing to QLD now and then. I often wonder where all the old centre console sharkcats are hiding, I know where a few of them are.

Yep went well got 36 knots with 3 blokes,320 litres of fuel with a bit of trim. Couldn't use full trim cos it started to porpoise a bit. It is a bit light up front and the engines could come up a hole which might help that a little. Really impressed with the handling of it and how roomy it is to fish off.

What engines did you end up getting?

Just the 90 hp two stroke mercs that i had, wanted to see how it sat before i add anymore weight i think any fours might add to much weight now especially with the tank size in it

They were my choice when I was motor shopping, just wasn't too sure if you kept them or not, bit hard to see in the pictures, the centre console goes pretty good hey, kind of strange when standing up inside, it's like your above the water or something, you seem very high!

Yeah just gave the engines a full service and they fired up well, luckily they had been fogged before they came off the last boat they were on.
