Mercury 15HP Outboard Service

During these colder months I would like to go ahead and do a service on my 15HP mercury OB, what do I need in the way of seals oils etc to undertake the service. Any technical advise also welcomed.

I guess first step would be to buy a genuine manual, then some gear oil, spark plugs, water pump kit and some marine grease, it is a pretty simple engine, so not a real lot to go wrong.
