What are people's thoughts on top speed, cruising speed fuel economy etc. Mate is looking at buying one but is worried it is under powered.
Thanks in advance

Look up the 680 patriot threads. Same hull.
Spent a bit of time in a 680 applause with a 175 hpdi and it ran fine. A 225 on that will be a good balance. We did some serious offshore time in one off brissy and 1770. They are an excellent proposition IMHO.

As long as it is running the right prop it would be a good thing (4 Blade 15 would be close) cruise at 3800 for 20 knots around the 27-28 L/hr
should top out around the 34-35 knots

And you forget to mention Garry, that it should be expertly serviced and tuned by an exceptional Honda mechanic. Know any?
