Yamaha F100 - What do you think it is worth

I'm currently looking at upgrading my outboard.

Currently have a 2003 Yamaha F100 with 267 hours.
Has been trouble free and maintained regularly. Compression is all good.

Any ideas on what I can get for it if I sold it privately rather than getting two parts of nothing trading it in?
Any feedback would be valued.

I paid $8k for a 2008 yamaha 115 four stroke with stainless prop and 150 hrs a few months ago. I reckon Wayno is in the ball park.
