gday folks ,I have owned a older 5mt hydrofield centre console for about 4 years and love it .we are about to give it a little TLC with new paint and gelcoat . a question I havei would love to put a fuel bladderunder floor would it be feasible,i currently carry 75lt under the rear bench seat which I fitted but 50 lts and two batteries and motor it seems a lot of weight I have top speed of about 27mph which is fine but digs in a bit when taken off when loaded. at present I rotate fuel tanks with the third one which is strapped in front of console .it is a great fishing boat as it is all deck and runs great. any suggestions are appreciated cheers

Hello Benji64,

Do you really need 75lt?, that seems like a lot of fuel for a fairly small boat.
If she is stern heavy try shifting something forward, could one of the batteries go under the console?
Do you currently have access under the floor or are going to cut?
Beware of structural issues if cutting.
Some more photos would be good.
I have a Webster, boats that ride on air rule!

Hi Ben it is feasible if you get it as close to the central balance point
that way you still have control over trim
try a test run with sand bags or something else to simulate where you want the bladder
