This is a long shot for you but try the guys running the big RIBS with the 350s up in Airlie Beach. Old mate does all his own maintainence and would have one for sure.

At those prices i would simply get a machine shop to measure and make the yoke, hen buy the 16mm eye bolt.
Would cost no more than 120 bucks.

I think i can guess , if i was not so busy with work i would make you one free of charge as i enjoy play and with the lathe and milling machine .

Thanks for all the suggestions

One of our other great members has offered to mill one up thanks to the beer economy.

Too easy mate, good to see she worked a treat. They'll cop a hiding at Fraser in a few weeks. Cheers

Hi Jimmy,
its a second hand engine but its in brilliant condition all the covers are off so it looks a bit scrappy at the moment. the transom was an easy one i have a stainless plate on its way to reinforce the back but in terms of the inside ill take some pictures i put some extra bracing in and im building an alloy splash well to reinforce her a bit more. There is still lots to do before she goes splash but its a big leap forward. plenty of pictures to come soon.
