Has anyone heard of whether the Tingalpa Reservoir (AKA:Leslie Harrison Dam) at Capalaba will ever be stocked and people allowed tofish it and camp there etc.?

Been talk of it the last couple of years, but like typical red tape, the wheels turn oh so slowly........................... I have my money on it never happening.

SEQWater are holding a review into recreation on their lakes at the moment. Strangely, Leslie Harrison Dam does not seem to be included in this review. You could email SEQWater at recreation@seqwater.com.au and ask why. They are normally very quick with their replies.

And get as many as you can to register and have input to at least get this open to fishing and try for water access (sail/paddle/electric or even better for waterskiing/jetskis etc but low emissions outboards 6 knots like wivenhoe would do too ;D)
