Hi all,

With the crap weather lately I decidied to get a few jobs done on the boat. The main one was addig a bilge switch (after checking the bilge pump and float switch - another story altogether) to see if they were still functional.

I have removed the old clapped out 27Meg Radio and now have a nice hole in the dash. I am going to put the bilge switch and a bait tank timer in the space but need to find someone who can make the metal patch to cover the hole with a cutout for the switches. I am looking at the following:

1. Aluminium patch (say 2-3 mms thick) - preferably painted or powercoasted white
2. 210 mm long by 80mm high
3. 2 x cutouts (75 x 40mm) for the switches
4. Rounded edges on the patch to make it look nice :-)

Does anyone work in a metal fabrication business that could punch something like this out for me?

Would DIY but I don't have the tools or the time really to get this done

Was looking at fastening it to the existing dash with nuts and plastic covers and sealing it on with Sixaflex

PM me or call (0477 725 316) if you can help me out - willing to pay cash, beer etc

Any other ides/comments I may have missed welcome as well

Thanks

Blair
