I'm after a big spool of braid, 500m or 1000m in 30lb, looking for power pro, platil, fins or sufix I've searched a bit online but cant seem to find anywhere that will supply big spools. Anyone know where I can get such a thing online??

Sneaky fisho has 1000m spools of different braids on it with a decent discount. I only use fins and powerpro but i know they had powerpro 1000m spools last time I checked.

I bought a ~1900 yard spool of 40LB (45LB test/PE-3) Saltiga Boat Braid from these guys for $US175 landed (before the AUD:USD dropped) which I consider very good. I think I could have gotten a 330yd spool from my local tackle store for the same price... This is an excellent line.

They stock Saltiga, PowerPro, Jerry Brown & Sufix.

Ebay would be the way to go I think.

Have a look at Jerry Brown, from Cabbage Tree. Deepfried and I have used it for a long time.
