Trailer Wire Colour Help

Hi Folks

Rewiring a trailer and of course Murphy's Law comes into play as the colours don't match. From the pin I have brown, yellow, white, green and red. From the old trailer light wire I have blue, brown, black, white and green/yellow stripe.

Can someone help me put the new to the old ???
