I put my boat in today, after re-jigging the trailer. All rollers spinning, sloping from front to back, all weight on the rollers and none on the skids.
I kept the wobble rollers to use as a guide on to the trailer without any weight-bearing, and added a 6" self-centering roller at the back as well.
It's so easy to launch and retrieve now, even by myself.
