Prop question for the honda brains trust

The old boy has purchased a polycraft 4.8 brumby frontrunner with a 75 honda. It is running a solas ss 13 1/2 x 15 prop.
Took it for a sight seeing run today with a decent load of 4 adults, 2 kids on flat water (Mary River) and full throttle returned 3500 rpm on the tach for 30 odd knots.
My seat of the pants, eyes closed gut feeling is the motor is doing o.k. And the tack is a bit out of whack. The gauges ares honda genuine analogue readout. I could be well wrong though, hence the post.
Any clues?
