I want to check and adjust the valve clearances on my motor. I have a $20.00 manual from the US which is a bit ambiguous.

I just want to make sure that the inlet valve adjustment is on the carby side of the motor and that the exhaust adjustments are on the oil filter side of the motor.
Can anyone please help before I do something I shouldn't !!!

Mate if you're not sure just take it to a outboard mechanic........
