Tilt trim relay for 115 yamaha 4 stroke

I have a 2006 115 hp yamaha 4 stroke that clicks when pushing button up but works down ok. I'm pretty sure it's the relay. Unlike my old evinrude i can't swap relays to check as it seems to be one unit. Any ideas what a new one is worth?

Double to triple the cost of the identical part from this site I would assume.
