Grease.

Are you going to check the PTT reservoir?

To be honest I have a mate doing it but he wants me to get the parts for it. So I'm not sure if he will be..

Check if the anodes need replacing. Sump plug gasket may also need replacing.

Suzuki make a service kit, contains everything needed, all the anodes, water pump kit, spark plugs, O rings, the whole lot, just buy the one for your model.

I'll second what NoelM said, the kit includes all the bits you need for the engine, you will still need to grab a fuel filter. Don't try and skimp and not do the engine anodes (in the block, not the externals ones), they are well on the way with our 175 at 100 hour intervals, and would not make a second hundred

Look in the manual it should tell you whats required for the 300hour service.

Elliot marine sell service kits on ebay with anodes for $245 odd. I've contacted brownspoint marine in the US about getting one but it looks like you have to put one together individually.
