hi guys I was earlier going to spend 100k on a cruiser craft 595 with bells and whistles
now the budget is down to 80k, treasurer said in total, still want brand new, I fish offshore on my own a lot. have done some research on a H/H 560 offshore got a quote at 80k with a few of the bells and whistles I wanted and it is a 2014 model . I contacted local dealers and they do not seem to want to help unlike the vic dealer, his quote included a Suzuki 150hp,mackay trailer electric anchor winch lowrance hds touch9 whilst can only get a yami off the dealers in qld. my question is: is there any other boats out there that have the safety and quality of the h/h in the same price bracket with bells and whistles? as this is my last thought before outlaying the $$$$$:)

Go 2nd hand! For piece of mind even budget for a new trailer, electronics and motor but it is a buyers market out there, especially for boats with old two strokes on them.

Have you considered a platey? $80k for a. 5.6 m boat sound a little excessive in my eyes....

If I had $80k to spend I'd be buying this one http://www.boatpoint.com.au/boats-for-sale/boatdetails.aspx?R=13656884&Silo=Stock&Vertical=Boat&Ridx=6&eapi=2

Great boat and from what I've been told are awesome in all ocean conditions.

Hi...i just purchased one for a tad under 60k,black all the gear with an optimax 150 and Lowrance Elite 7 HDI on an Redco Sportsman trailer and could not be happier. Great boat with heaps of fishing room and an cabin you can actually use.

Get yourself a nice new cootacraft gunshot for that sort of coin. Take that any day over a HH.

Wife won't spend 80k on second hand very very stiff with that. Would like to go on a charter with you though

I know exactly what you mean. Up here they have a really good rep and if I ever have a spare $80k I'll walk straight in a buy one. They look great and are build solid as from what I have read and heard on the grape vine. Just don't have $80k.

Hey Pazz.

The Hooker at 80k is their starting price for BMT. It would cost a bit more with the toys required.

i have looked into these as that was the one the wife liked but when you get the extra's
needed like sounder's offshore saftey plumbed live well and so on. it got priced to me around the 100k mark without the hardtop very nice boat though. not enough dollars in the kitty:'(

Mate there are a heap of boats that you can get for well under 80k that will do the job. Baysport 620 offshore, Yaltacraft 2200, Yaltacraft 2000, Tournament 1900, Tornament 2100 Walkaround. IMO all bigger, cheaper and probably much better value than a 560 Haines. But if that's what your heart is set on then I would be shopping around because that is way too much to pay mate.
Good luck.

Neken marine from nsw had a very smick haines 575r with a suzuki 175 at a show the other week new for 80k with lowrance sounder. Maybe worth looking at that. But you should also go looking at a couple of 2nd hand boats. I got a haines sig 632f with 200hp suz 100hrs for $72000 and looks exactly the same as the brand new one in the shop for $115000. There are plenty of 2nd hand boats with low hours on the market. I'm going through the same thing with the mrs atm I am about to buy a jetski with 2.5 hours and half price. She don't like the colour. Sometimes u need to tell them tough luck and they eventually come round or don't come at all. Win win!

Tournament 2000 Bluewater with all the fruit i saw at Gold coast Boat show with the 150HP Mercury it was $66,100 which i thought was incredibly priced for the size and quality could be worth a look

Fark me $80k for a 5.6 m hull. They still have Ply transom and stringers!
Fark that mate. go good as new second hand. get something bigger if you want to go offshore also.

You could import a glass boat that will be much better value for money, be better built, have more accesories etc 80k for a 5.6m boat is not acceptable imo.

I thought it was a bit rich so now I have put a deposit on a tournament 2100 walkaround with 175hp Suzuki
Bigger boat bigger motor thanks to everyone:)
