yep couldn't agree more and one of the few things QLD fisheries were ahead of NSW on. Length at sexual maturity is at 70-75cm I believe so it's a wonder why they didn't do this a lot sooner. At least it gives them a chance to breed before they succumb to being caught by wayno. Its not rocket science. geez. five fish to two is way overdue also
