Looking to buy Offshore boat. Have roughly $30 000 budget preferably under. Stable at rest, high sides, not old, reliable, and soft riding. Opinions please thanks!

Have a look at this boat. i offered him 32k and he said yes strait away. he might take 30. i just put a deposit down on the same boat but with a 135 optimax with 96 hours.
