Insurance help needed

Hi all,
I have put in a claim with club marine and I'm not happy with the outcome, I feel as though I haven't being treated fairly and they have done what is best for them and not me.
I just want to know is there anyone I can call to help me out (eg, lawyer or ombudsman)???
Has anyone got advise for me????

Ask to have the decision reviewed internally and failing that there is the Insurance Ombudsman servicd. Failing that you can see a lawyer.
